At Avalon Cabins we like to say that we build quality into every project. However you don't just have to take our word for it. We can prove it.
An Air Permeability test measures the quality of a building by seeing how much air leaks out of joints. This tells you whether there are gaps and as a result the quality of the construction. A result of 5 to 10m3/h.m2 @ 50 Pa would be a good to satisfactory score for a new traditionally built building. So you might imagine that a modular building wouldn't be as good. You'd be wrong, very wrong. As you can see from the certificate; a building that we constructed for a client in Derbyshire scored 1.05. That's essentially 5 times better than a level that would be considered good for a traditional building.
So not only do you have the convenience, cost reductions and speed of a modular building, you also have the peace of mind of genuine, proven quality. Contact us today to learn more about how a modular building could benefit you.
